Dealers and service teams can order in bulk. Fit a phase preventer with every three-phase motor: the E-Cool motor warranty applies only when one is fitted.

A simple maintenance routine
Daily in season
Check the pads are evenly wet; dry patches mean a weak pump or blocked pipe.
Weekly
Wash the filter net and check the water level and float.
Monthly
Drain the tank through the drain valve and clean out scale and dirt.
Every season
Inspect fan blades for cracks or imbalance, which show up as vibration and noise.
Before summer
Replace scaled or sagging pads and test the motor, pump and controller.

Do your spare parts fit other cooler brands?
Many do. Share your cooler model and we confirm the fit before you order.
Which motor ratings do you stock?
Fan motors in 1.1, 1.5, 2, 3 and 4.5 kW, for single or three phase supply, single speed or variable speed with a VFD.
Why do I need a phase preventer?
It cuts power to a three-phase motor if a phase fails or the supply goes out of balance, which stops the motor burning out. The E-Cool motor warranty applies only when one is fitted.
What does a VFD do on a cooler?
A VFD gives stepless speed control, so the cooler can run slower and quieter when full airflow is not needed, saving power.
Which fan blade fits my cooler?
The 3-leaf blade fits the 18,000 CMH duct cooler and garden cooler, the 4-leaf fits the 22,000, 30,000 and 50,000 CMH models, and the 5-leaf fits the 25,000 CMH model.
